TERMS OF SERVICE AND USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service and Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between hasretsunucum.com website (hereinafter referred to as “HasretSunucum” or the “Site”), operating under the HasretSunucum brand, and any natural or legal person who visits the Site, registers, and/or purchases services through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By using the Site and/or purchasing services, the User declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

The services provided by HasretSunucum include the sale of game accounts, TeamSpeak3 server services, and TeamSpeak3 reseller services. All services offered are digital content and fall under the category of instantly performed services. The User acknowledges that the purchased services will be activated immediately in electronic form and that such transactions are irreversible.

The User agrees and undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes; not to violate the rights of third parties; not to harm systems; and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or misuse the services. Otherwise, HasretSunucum reserves the right to restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate the User’s account without prior notice.

The security of the User’s account is entirely the User’s responsibility. All actions performed using the account information shall be deemed to have been carried out by the User. HasretSunucum cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from account sharing, transfer, or use by third parties.

Game accounts sold through the Site become the responsibility of the User upon delivery. HasretSunucum shall not be held responsible for any bans, access restrictions, or account suspensions imposed by game providers. The User accepts these risks in advance.

Within the scope of TeamSpeak3 server and reseller services, it is strictly prohibited to use the provided infrastructure for illegal activities, DDoS attacks, spam, fraud, malware distribution, or similar abuse. In case of such violations, HasretSunucum reserves the right to immediately terminate the service and permanently close the User’s account without prior notice. No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

Users who purchase reseller services are fully responsible for all services they provide to their own customers. HasretSunucum cannot be held legally or financially responsible for any actions taken by resellers. In case of misuse of reseller services, the service may be terminated unilaterally.

All purchases made through HasretSunucum are final and non-refundable due to the immediate execution of digital services. The User explicitly agrees to this condition before completing any purchase. However, mandatory provisions under applicable law, including the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, remain reserved.

HasretSunucum takes the necessary measures to ensure service continuity; however, it does not accept responsibility for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance operations, infrastructure issues, data center outages, or third-party service providers. No guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided, and such interruptions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

HasretSunucum reserves the right to suspend, modify, or completely terminate services at any time without prior notice or justification when deemed necessary. In such cases, the User agrees not to claim any rights or compensation from HasretSunucum.

HasretSunucum reserves the right to unilaterally update this Agreement at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Site and is binding for the User from that moment onward.

By using the Site and/or purchasing services, the User expressly declares that they fully accept this Agreement.
